The delivery time for customized protectors is approximately 10-15 business days.

Payment for products at Padelnation.fi online store is secure, fast, and easy. We do not store any payment information; instead, you enter all credit card or online banking payment details directly on the bank or payment service provider's site. Exchange and Return:
Can products be exchanged or returned?
Yes, you have a statutory 14-day right of return from the date you receive the product. Additionally, Padelnation offers an extended satisfaction guarantee of 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the product, you have the right to return it within 30 days of receiving it. However, products cannot be exchanged as they are made according to your instructions.
If you find yourself unsatisfied with the product, you will receive a refund once you return the product to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When returning an order, please include your name, contact details, and bank account number for the refund.
We will refund the amount paid for the order promptly in accordance with consumer protection law. Always contact customer service before returning a product.
What should I do if I received the wrong product?
This is very rare but can occasionally happen due to human error, as products are handmade. If this occurs, please email our customer service. We will send you the correct products and compensate for any inconvenience caused.
