We do not store any payment-related information; instead, you enter all credit card or online banking payment details directly on the bank's or payment service provider's website. How much does delivery cost?

Letter Delivery to Your Mailbox: €4.90 (no tracking)

Multiple edge protectors can fit in the same delivery. Delivery will be made as a small package or letter by Post directly to your home mailbox or slot. You will see the shipping costs charged for your order (if any) in your shopping cart before you confirm your order.

What is the delivery time for my order?

The delivery time for customized products is approximately 10 business days. Products are made in Oulu, Finland, in the order they are received, so current demand may also extend the delivery time. Delivery time to Europe is approximately 8-16 business days.

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered as a letter or a small parcel directly to your home mailbox or slot. For items sent as parcels, you will receive a tracking code via email once the products are dispatched. If the product is sent as a letter, there will be no tracking number.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your order from our location in Oulu, Finland. Any shipping fees you have paid will be refunded. Please contact info@padelnation.fi if you wish to arrange a pickup.

Do you deliver orders outside of Finland?

Yes, we deliver across Europe. Please contact us if you need delivery outside of Europe.

What does a 30-day satisfaction guarantee mean?

We are so confident that you will like the edge protector that we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This means you have 30 days to test the product. If you are not satisfied with the product within 30 days of receiving it, you can get your money back by returning the product to us.

If you wish to do this, please contact customer service before returning the product. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If your order did not go through or you have questions about payment, what should you do?

Can I order the protector directly for the gift recipient?

Yes, you can, and many of our customers have done so. Add the desired products to your cart and enter your message and the recipient's contact details (name, address, phone number, and email) in the order notes field at checkout. We will include your message with the shipment and send the product directly to the recipient.

You can also purchase a digital gift card in any amount from our online store. The gift card will be delivered directly to your email immediately after purchase. You can forward it easily to the recipient's email or print it out and present it in person.

Please contact our customer service at info@padelnation.fi or by phone. Delivery time depends on the current order queue. The typical delivery time for customized protectors is around 10 business days, but sometimes you might be lucky and receive the product as soon as the next business day.

How can I know if this will fit my racket?

The edge protectors are designed to fit most common padel rackets. By heating the protector with a hairdryer or heat gun during installation, it can adapt better.

How can I get information about the status of my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Depending on when you placed your order, you will later receive a shipping confirmation within 5-10 business days, once the products have been dispatched. After receiving the shipping confirmation, delivery by mail usually takes 2-8 business days.

How do you install an edge protector on a padel racket?

Installing an edge protector or tip protector on a padel racket is generally straightforward with a few tips. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

1. **Prepare the Racket:** Clean the tip of the padel racket from dirt and grease by wiping it with a damp cloth. For better results, use an alcohol-based cleaner to remove impurities more effectively. Dry the tip thoroughly.

2. **Pre-Installation:** For the best results, install the protector on a new racket before it gets any dings or damage.

3. **Position the Protector:** Fold the edge protector in half to expose the center. Remove the backing of the protector tape up to the fold and align the center of the protector with the center of the racket frame.

4. **Apply the Protector:** Start applying the protector from the center outward, one side at a time. Ensure that it is centered on the racket frame and that there are no wrinkles or uneven areas.

5. **Complete the Application:** Remove the backing from the other side of the protector and carefully press it down towards the other edge, repeating the previous steps. Check for any uneven areas and adjust the protector if necessary by gently peeling it off and repositioning it.

Does it stay securely on the racket?

When properly installed, the permanent acrylic adhesive keeps the tape securely in place. The protector is best suited for padel rackets with a slightly rounded or flat tip. It is not recommended for rackets with a "sandpaper-like" tip.

We recommend gently warming the protector with a hairdryer or heat gun to help it adhere better to the racket.

For Bullpadel Vertex and Hack 03 series rackets, we recommend using only the PadelNation - Clear protector, as the Frictionless version does not adhere well to the metal/plastic frame of the racket.

Additionally, PadelNation offers a satisfaction guarantee that extends to 30 days from the date you receive the products. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to return the product within 30 days of receiving it and get a refund.
